Gluten Free Bread

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is staying safe, sane and healthy during this time. I thought, since we cannot meet in the classroom I will do some videos for everyone. This week we tried to buy gluten free bread in the store but were unsuccessful in our endeavor. Today, I wanted to share with you a great gluten free sliced loaf bread that you can freeze if needed. Throughout the week I will be posting videos on how to make meals last as well as cooking healthy with dry goods. Stay safe and well!

2 ½ cups gluten free flour
1 tsp xantham gum
1 packet instant dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup honey
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 egg whites
1 ½ cup warm water

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Next place in wet ingredients and mix till combined. Next soon into a pre greased loaf pan and let proof for 1 hour. Place in a 350 degree oven and cook for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
