Gluten Free Holiday Cookie Recipe

Double Chocolate Fudge Cookies
1 ¼ cup all purpose gluten free flour
½ cup almond flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup butter
1 tsp GF baking powder
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 ½ cups GF chocolate chips

Cream together butter and sugar. Add in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix together Gluten free all purpose flour, almond flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Stir to combine. Combine flour and egg mixture and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour or over night. Place 1 Tbsp balls in a 350 degree preheated oven. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
