If any of you follow us on Instagram you saw my grilling momma post this week. I not only grilled shish kabobs but also leaks. I wanted to share my Marinade recipe with you since it is one of my all time favorites. It’s quick, easy and full of flavor.
½ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
3 cloves garlic grated
2 tbsp brown sugar
Mix all ingredients together and marinate your favorite meat. I like this on beef, chicken or pork. It is also great on veggies.
