Apple Pie Oatmeal

I had a very bad craving for oatmeal lately and not the good kind of oatmeal the kind with brown sugar cinnamon and apples in it. Ever since I realized that gluten gave me a problem I have been very hesitant to add it back in, until recently when my husband brought back this high fiber gluten free cereal from trader joe’s. Not only was it delicious but it was packed with fiber as well. The cereal had millet, quinoa, gluten free oats and fax in it. On cold mornings like we’ve been having it’s nice to have a hot nutritious breakfast.

Whatever kind of oatmeal you use to make a delicious breakfast that almost tastes like apple pie try adding the following ingredients.1 diced apple ½ tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp brown sugar to your oatmeal while cooking. Trust me you won’t regret it.
