Are Carbs the Enemy?

I am very happy to announce that we are having our first Web Based series. Are Carbs the enemy? This Thursday evening. These classes will be designed for the on the go individual who would like to learn more about nutrition and healthy eating but does not have the time to come to one of our classes.
In this month’s session we will be looking at Carbs, what they are, why are they important, how does our body utilize them and should we consume them. I hope to answer many of the questions that arise today in our fast paced fad diet world.
Visit our Facebook Page and click on our event link this Thursday for a live Chat. Questions are always welcomed! If you are busy at this time please visit the link later and it will be recorded.
