At-Home Tips to Alleviate Acid Reflux
Post-dinner burps, regurgitation, or heartburn are unenjoyable and can stop you from getting a satisfying night of sleep. In this blog, we explore ways of alleviating acid reflux at home.
The kids are off today and even though I have to go into work I promised cookies and hot chocolate when I get home. Since becoming gluten free I noticed my son’s get upset when I don’t share their cookies after baking. My oldest understands I can’t eat everything or it will make mommy sick but I still see the look on his face after baking cookies when I can’t enjoy them with him. Since he especially loved the coconut flour muffins, I thought why not a cookie.
⅓ cup coconut flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup coconut oil or vegetable oil
⅓ cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup brown sugar
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except chocolate chips. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
