Concord Grape Season!

The sweet taste of this grape is loved in my house and no it’s not in a glass of wine it’s in the small purple sweet Concord grapes. When the weather starts to turn it’s not only football time of year but what I like to refer to as Concord grape season. These grapes have a sweet flavor and health benefits all their own.
These purple wonders have been thought to help fight inflammation with as much polyphenols as a glass of red wine per serving. These little marvels are also praised with having immune fighting functions, aide in keeping our mind sharp and fighting free radicals. So, this fall embrace the Concord grape season with me and enjoy a handful of the little grape marvels.
