Crustless Pumpkin Pie

I know it’s a little early to be thinking about Thanksgiving especially since it’s not even halloween yet but I can’t help it I love pumpkin pie. If your GF with the holidays fast approaching it can be difficult to choose items that everyone will enjoy. This dish is definitely an items that you can take with you to any holiday gathering. This crustless pumpkin pie not only was delicious for me but my one year old loved it as well. To make this recipe even easier I used pumpkin pie mix from a can but it’s GF! It’s so easy and made in less than an hour start to finish.

1 can pumpkin pie mix

2 eggs

8 oz evaporated milk

Mix well and pour into baking dish or GF pie crust. To cut back on carbs forgo the crust.
