Dairy Free Ice Cream

When you are a person who can’t have dairy or wheat sweet treats in the summer time can be hard to come by. The other day I was home with my boys and craving a sweet chocolate treat. I thought of how I missed ice cream, when I realized I can still have it! So I put in my blender bananas, chocolate, maple syrup, cocoa powder and vanilla and made an ice cream that even my boys loved. So if you are a person who needs to avoid common summer treats try this recipe and switch it up by exchanging bananas with different fruits.

2 Bananas, ripe
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup ice
Place on in a blender and enjoy!
