FODMAP Friendly Chocolate Peanut butter Balls

It was a great night last night here at Digestive Disease Center, with our second IBS Support group in full swing. Everything last night was about FODMAPS, even the food! We discussed everything from fructose to polyols. These chocolate Peanut butter balls were a big hit! If you want to join our IBS Support group our next meeting is August 4th 5:30pm at Mid Hudson regional Hospital Conference room A. All are welcome!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

¼ cup chocolate chips
⅓ cup peanut butter
½ cup oats
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp chia seeds
Vanilla

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
When all blended scoop out mixture and roll into balls
Refrigerate and Enjoy
