Gluten free cinnamon bread

Gluten free bread products can leave your mouth as dry as the sierra desert. Recently I have been craving sweets but gluten free sweets sometimes have much to be desired. This week I experimented with a gluten free cinnamon bread and it was work approved since everyone loved it! Below is the recipe enjoy!

3 cups almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
¼ cup sugar
⅛ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp oil (you can use vegetable oil, coconut oil or melted butter)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract

In a bowl place almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon. Set aside. In a separate bowl place oil, sugar and brown sugar,cream together. Next add eggs, vanilla and almond extract, mix well. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased loaf pan and cook for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
