This time of year everyone is bringing in their favorite holiday fudge, chocolats, cakes and cookies. This can be a time for some to indulge in the little sweet treats that they look forward to. Yet, for someone with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance this time of year can be filled with a lot of dread and worry. Are you sure that is gluten free?Kids especially can feel left out.
