This week was our first official Celiac Support Group of the Hudson Valley meeting and it was very well attended. The group was animated and we had a impromptu discussion on labeling laws and cross contamination while trying to dine out. Next month we will be having our first Gluten Free Cookie swap! I hope you all can make it. Please bring 3 dozen gluten free cookies (homemade or store bought) and the recipe for the cookies as well. Kids in attendance will be decorating gluten free gingerbread people. December 15th 6:30pm RSVP 845- 452-9800 by December 12th.
