Gluten Free Miso Soup

I was experimenting the other day in the kitchen when i came up this new delicious broth. It reminded me of miso soup and is very similar. My guests at dinner that night lapped it up. It’s easy quick and goes great with rice noodles. My husband even loved it!

1 Tbsp Braggs Aminos
1 Tbsp freshly ground ginger
1 onion diced,
1 bunch scallion sliced thin
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cups chicken stock

In a dutch oven or soup pot heat oil. Add onions and ginger cook for one minute. Than Braggs Aminos and chicken broth. Cook for 30 minutes. Right before serving add scallions. Serve over rice noodles.
