Gluten Free Taquitos

Tonight was a taquito kind of night! Who better to make them with than my oldest son. We had a blast and this recipe is so easy it’s kid friendly! I hope you enjoy making this with your little ones as much as I did!

1 pound ground turkey
2 tbsp taco seasoning
½ cup chopped cilantro
½ C cheddar cheese
¼ cup sour cream
⅕ cup minced olives
12 corn tortillas
1 egg beaten

Cook ground turkey with taco seasoning. Place in bowl. Next place cilantro, cheese, sour cream and olives in bowl. Mix well. Heat tortillas for 30 seconds. Brush on side of the tortilla with egg wash and place 2 tablespoons of mixture into opposite side and roll closed. Place in a heated pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
