The Sun is shining and it’s a beautiful day for a walk and some nice grilled vegetables. Tonight we will be holding our monthly weight loss support group at Bowdoin park in Wappingers Falls I am very excited since this is the first support group we are having out. Tonight we will be doing some stretching, ½ mile walk and a grilling session at the end. It should be a blast! Hope to see you there!
2 zucchinis sliced lengthwise about 1/ ½ in. thick
Salt and pepper to taste
The one thing I love about grilled vegetables is you really do not need to do a lot to them. It is perfectly fine to throw them on the grill and let them do their thing. That is exactly what you do with these. Slice them add some salt and pepper or any other spice you might want cook. Make sure they are browned on both sides and enjoy!
