Happy Easter!!

Happy Easter everyone! It’s is a nice warm day for a hunt which I will be doing with my kids soon. Speaking of eggs using the hard boiled eggs we colored last night make a great protein rich snack and breakfast. You can also add them to you salads at lunch if you’re looking for added protein. This spring season let’s spring into health and focus on good lean proteins like Easter eggs (without candy of course!) happy Easter!
