Happy Mother’s Day

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mom’s out there. I hope you are all having a nice and relaxing weekend! I know my little ones have been showering me with hugs and kisses. I know today is tough to think that it is spring with the rain and cold weather but tomorrow hopes to look a bit better. If you would like to grill up some nice veggies tomorrow ( or have someone else do it) Here is a great Asparagus recipe.

1 bunch Asparagus

1 lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon rind

1 tsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Cut end off of Asparagus. Next place in a bag or bowl with olive oil juice of half a lemon and lemon rind. Set for one hour. Preheat grill and Grill asparagus. Lastly squeeze the other half of the lemon over the Asparagus and season with salt and pepper
