At-Home Tips to Alleviate Acid Reflux

This weekend we had our first holiday party for our keep it healthy for life kids edition. It was a blast and we ate delicious food mostly healthy( I was the one who brought cookies because all in moderation). I made a new holiday appetizer that was quick, cheap easy and only 96 calories for 2. Not bad when we are talking appetizers.
2 packages mini filo cups
1 cup roasted red pepper hummus
1 jar roasted red peppers, diced
1 cucumber diced and seeded
Place fill cups in a tray. Let defrost while u dice up peppers and cucumbers. Line bottom of filo cups with ½ tsp hummus and place tsp diced cucumbers and peppers on top
