The crunch of the kale mimicked a chip and the salt from the cheese fulfilled our salt cravings. Not only is this made from kale but it also is packed with protein from the Chickpea miso and sunflower seeds. They also use a variety of natural flavors including lemon juice, turmeric, tomato and garlic and onion powder. This chip has 10% of your daily iron requirement and will give you 5 g of protein per serving. It is not only gluten free, it is also dairy free, soy free and contains probiotics.
