Keep It Healthy For life Face Book Page

We had a great night last night at our monthly Keep It Healthy for Life weight loss support group. We discussed “diets” that work for us and we all noticed that what works for some may not work for others. It could be due to money, cultural food choices or just t how your body responds to different items. What we learned is everyone is different. At the end of the group we again discussed using Facebook as a tool for support. I have created a group called Keep It Healthy for Life and if you need support in losing weight and are unable to come to our monthly meetings are do not feel comfortable talking about these things in public than I suggest to join this group. In this group you can ask questions, share success in your weight loss journey as well as obstacles that you are facing. All you have to do is join the group and we are there to aid you in your journey. If you have trouble finding the group please comment on our FB page
