Low FODMAP Salsa

We had a fun night last night for our Low FODMAP lecture. We actually got so caught up in the lecture that we will be continuing our Low FODMAP discussion next session as well. We made some low fodmap salsa that everyone loved and as promised here is the recipe. So if you missed this lecture but want to learn more about our low fodmaps please join us on February 1st at 5:30 for a more in depth look at fodmaps.

1 Can diced tomatoes

1 can green chilis

1 bunch cilantro

1 orange pepper, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

Place on ingredients in bowl and mix. I let it sit overnight so the flavors had time to mingle together. Enjoy!
