Mini Turkey Meatloafs

Finger foods can be great to have at dinner. Healthy finger foods are even better and if you can make it ahead of time that’s a home run. This is why I love these mini turkey meatloafs. They are quick, easy, delicious and a dish I can make ahead of time and keep them in the fridge. If you have a picky eater at home add some veggies for a mini muffin that pack a nutritional punch.

1 pound turkey chop meat
1 egg
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 carrot diced
1 stalk celery diced
1 cup spinach chopped
Salt and pepper

In a bowl mix all ingredients. Spray a muffin tin and spoon mixture into each cup. Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
