Mocha Banana Smoothie

I recently got back into smoothies. Let’s just say this first part of this pregnancy lead me to now really want a smoothie or anything for that matter for breakfast. I am happy to say that I back on track and loving my morning smoothie again. This one in particular is a new found favorite and after telling my intern what I was drinking and the reaction by her that it sounded so good I decided to blog it.

1 scoop protein powder of your choice ( I used Plnt By Meal Replacement Plant Protein)

1 Cup Berries

1 Banana

1 Cup Coffee

½ Cup Almond Milk
Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy. I like this shake for the morning because it provides a kick for the morning.
