Need Help Staying On Track this Holiday Season. Come to Our Weight Loss Support Group

We had a great night last week at our Keep It Healthy for Life Weight Loss Support Group. It was a fun filled night of exercising, interesting discussion and a talk about how carbs and starches affect our weight loss attempts. Next month we are all looking forward to a light discussion on holiday eating and some exercise than a potluck party. Please feel free come in for our discussions even if this is your first meeting. We are all here to support each other down this long road of weight loss and while the holidays amy be tough trying to fit in another meeting it also maybe the perfect time for a little support.
