We had a great night last week at our Keep It Healthy for Life Weight Loss Support Group. It was a fun filled night of exercising, interesting discussion and a talk about how carbs and starches affect our weight loss attempts. Next month we are all looking forward to a light discussion on holiday eating and some exercise than a potluck party. Please feel free come in for our discussions even if this is your first meeting.
