I had the privilege this week to be one of the speakers at the Obesity Teaching day! I had a great time and learned a lot from others presenters as well. I Spoke about Binge Eating Disorders and the use of Mindful and Intuitive Eating. It was great to see that the words mindful and Intuitive in regards to eating spiking everyones interest and the discussion that followed. Nutrition was on everyone’s minds today and it is great to see everyone looking at nutrition as a multi team approach. I can’t wait to share more of the great things I learned with you!
