Thai Chicken Meatballs

made these the other day and my husband loved them! They are gluten free and delicious. No breadcrumbs at all! If you want to decrease the heat cut back on the chilis.

1 pound ground chicken or turkey
3 scallions diced thin
1 egg
2 carrots shredded
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp tamari
1 red chili minced

Mix all ingredients form into balls. Cook in oven on 375 for 20 minutes.

Sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp tamari
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp chili garlic sauce

Combine all ingredients on stove and heat about 5 minutes.
