Welcome

Welcome to our Nutrition blog at Digestive Disease Center of the Hudson valley. We are happy to be a part of your nutrition journey. My name is Theresa, and I am a Registered Dietitian working here at digestive disease center. I am also a mother, wife, runner, gardener and cook. One of my passions is trying to create new recipes that are healthy, inventive and delicious. I also work with some of my clients in creating recipes tailored to them to make healthier versions of sometimes not so healthy dishes. You can look forward in this blog to not only hearing about nutrition tips and trends but also recipe postings created by me and ones I have found and loved. I look forward to hearing everyone’s feedback on the blog, and also any questions you might have as well. Also check at my Instagram @foodbytheresa or follow us on Twitter @DigestiveNY
