The doctors, PAs and nurses are so nice and personable. When the doctor was running late, the PA came in to meet with me instead. It was the first time I felt like the office cared about my time as well.

Speaking quickly with an accent through a mask makes it difficult to understand what she is saying. She can't do anything about the accent, but the other two variables are changeable.

Very short waiting time. Both the nursing and registration staff were friendly and professional. I didn't feel rushed at all and Dr. Walczyk explained everything and was friendly and reassuring.

I've been going here for many years and have always been satisfied, the nurse was also very pleasant. I've been very pleased with Dr. Walczyk since my other doctors have been gone now for some time. It was a very pleasant visit from the front desk, the nurse and Dr. Walczyk, nowadays you aren't always treated so nice but, I sure can't say that about my visit.

Was not satisfied with the prep for the first colonoscopy. Hopefully the second time around I will be able to have a complete colonoscopy provided this alternative prep is successful

Dr Walczyk and his team at Northern Medical's Gastroenterology Division are excellent. I could not be happier with all of my experiences with them, and I have had multiple Endoscopy and Colonoscopy procedures there. Dr Walczyk and his staff are excellent!

Nurse Abbie was fantastic and very pleasant knew what she was doing.
