She was okay, I guess. A little hard to understand sometimes. Nothing she told me couldn't have been emailed to me, saving me another office copay and fees only partially covered by insurance. My bigger gripe is with the Northern Medical colonoscopy conga line. I was sent packing despite my abdominal pain, which I mentioned to the attendant who was pushing the bag with my belongings at me. The ride home was painful and we had to stop about halfway there so I could get out of the car and vomit. This sums up my feelings about your facility:

I was treated very well by the three people I dealt with - the nurse, Waleed Khalil and the woman up front who does scheduling. No problem there. My issue is that everything I experienced during that visit could have been accomplished via email a phone call or Zoom call, without me taking time off work and driving up to Fishkill. In fact, if I recall correctly, much of the information I provided while at 400 Westage I had already submitted in advance on the online registration form. It seems like a waste of resources to require me to deal with three people instead of just one. And had that been done by phone or Zoom it would have taken me away from work for less than 30 minutes rather than more like two hours. Plus, I experienced much the same when I had my pre-procedure meeting with Waleed back early this year before the procedure was scheduled. I remember thinking then that it could have been taken care of remotely. That's my rant for today. Thanks for the opportunity to comment....Michael Turton
