Needed to be seen sooner and they were able to squeeze me in and staff very friendly and Dr Dhalla very friendly. Had a good experience.

This was my first appointment. Check in was easy but I had to wait for 30 mins before being brought in to a private room. The nurse was very personable and thorough. She asked good questions. I waited another 10 minutes or so before seeing Dr. Dhalla. I thought he was very nice and he helped to explain the procedure / what he will look for / etc. The scheduling process took forever even though the woman was friendly. Overall, they were accommodating and fit me in on my preferred day for the procedure. I’m a bit nervous about it but I feel like I’m in good hands.

Although I can't see Dr Momeni much, I have to say that Cyntia always takes good care of me and my husband.
She's very professional.
She is very caring, and interested enough to talk with us for any concerns we have.
We actually enjoy seeing her.

As one ages, the amount of Drs, PAs, Nurses and medical office staff one encounters increases tremendously. Their services range from abysmally poor to excellent….with most hovering around barely proficient. I must say, as a former medical professional myself, the crew at this facility are more than professional…they are polite, engaged, genuinely concerned and friendly. I love these guys. Ms Deverger has embarked on a course of treatment for me that has brought me genuine relief and healing. Thanks to all!

You will get through a colonoscopy because you have the option-at least I can hope with your insurance company- of the team at Northern Medical Group Gastroenterology. The provider is a part, certainly, but the process starts at the front desk, with someone who listens to you carefully, moves inside, to the nurse who explains what will be happening, the nurse who comes in to set up equipment, the anaesthesiologist who treats you as a real person, who makes the comment that your birthday, and his wedding anniversary, are the same day, who then knows you by your name when you later hear him, after the procedure, in the next cubicle. Everyone is focused on getting you, yet another patient, through the colonoscopy as efficiently, professionally, pleasantly as possible.

My visit took entirely to long to get through, and was in no way needed. Why is it a practice to have a person spend a 1/2 hour in the facility and be in the presence of a professional for only 5 min.? On top of that I get charged a copayment for my inconvenience. If test come back fine and there is really nothing to discuss this follow up could, and should be, handled via phone or email. There is no reason for a person to person get together and in no way does it constitute a copayment

My televisit was thorough and easy. It was my first appointment of this type and first time meeting Mr. Sin Ty, FNP-BC and he was knowledgeable and compassionate. He offered me options and advice without pressing for an immediate answer, understanding that I must confer with other Doctors involved in my care.
