I am new to the Northern Medical Group Gastroenterology Division and have been pleasantly surprised. From the truly digital registration process to the courteous, friendly, and efficient staff, both the process and the people make this a very pleasant experience. I still have a few more appointments to go, but starting off on the right foot like this makes everything feel far less stressful. I would name the individuals I interacted with, but I can’t remember all of their names—suffice it to say, everyone I encountered was consistently friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

The only reason I award 3 stars is because I felt the No was thorough. For the second straight visit I waited an hour and 15 minutes to see what I thought was going to be the Doctor and was actually the NP- exasperating!
